This season of winter is filled with many great series. It’s rare to see a season with a large amount of top tier first seasons. But this season is a good one. So let’s gets started with my personal top anime of Winter 2019 so far. Along with some honorable mentions and a tiny rant.

6) Date A Live III

I do not know why I am still watching this series. Everyone just became lolis and there is no return from prison. I have watched three seasons and a movie of this franchise and I still don’t know why I continue. (But I do cause I love it) None of the girls are of the top tier (Except Tokisaki). But this series is just a series(I still wont admit I love this trash).

Drop) Boogiepop and Others

I really really tried to give this series a chance. But it is just to confusing. I gave it four episodes and the way it is told was not the best. But I heard that this way the way I was to in the light novel. It was read form like different perspectives. But I might read the light novel of this series. But even though I dropped it this series still has a great OP.

5) Domestic na Kanojo

Thanks to Crunchyroll for getting this series up. I have watch the first episode and read the manga. And this series is without a doubt a major sleeper in this year. I would put it higher but I only watched the first episode.

4) The Quintessential Quintuplets

I just want to say the harem genre is one of the most overdone genres in anime. But this series stands out from the normal piles of trash. I recommend it but it’s not a necessity. Also Miku is best girl. No one is above her.

PLAN TO BINGE

PTB) Mob Psycho 100 II

I know this series is great. I don’t know why but I still haven’t watched this series yet. But during my spring break I definitely plan to binge(PTB) this series.

PTB) Dororo

I heard the hype and the concept is one of those classic seinin series brought to life. Thanks to a great studio. I plan to wait till the end of this series to watch.

Blame Netflix why I haven’t watch this.

3)The Rising of the Shield Hero

I have so much to say about this series. But I just want to say even if the sent from another world series has been beaten to a pulp. This series is just one that stand out from the rest. I just want to say after episode 4 I binged the manga to it. The series is that good and lots more will come. Trust me this series is without a doubt the great. Some people might even have this at there Number 1. But for me, the 2 on top beat it by centimeters.

2)THE PROMISED NEVERLAND

This series is just greatness. If you haven’t watched it go watch it. But if you have trust me when I say it gets way better. For as long as we have it for. I say its the second best series in Shonen Jump, right behind One Piece. And Phil is someone that must be protected.

HM) Hataraku Saibou: Kaze Shoukougun

Cells at work is an amazing series and with the 14th episode dropping out of nowhere why not watch it. This series is a staple in the anime community. And it just one more episode.

DM) W’z

RANT: So… Spice and Wolf can’t get third season. No Game No Life can’t get a second season. RE: ZERO can’t get a second season. Manga like Sun Ken Rock, Kingdom, Vagabond, and Happiness can’t even get an anime. BUT FUCKING HANDSHAKERS CAN NOT ONLY GET ANOTHER SEASON. BUT GETS TO DISGUISED THEIR SERIES AS ANOTHER. ALONG WITH FAKE FUCKING ADVERTISEMENT. NOT MENTIONING ANYTHING ABOUT THE PREVIOUS SEASON. SO FUCK GOHANDS, FUCK THE SERIES OF HANDSHAKERS, FUCK THE PEOPLE THAT OK THIS SHIT, FUCK PEOPLE WHO DONT GIVE GOOD SERIES MORE SEASONS AND TRASH SERIES 3 SEASONS. Okay that all I have to say now to some decent stuff.

1) KAGUYA-SAMA: LOVE IS WAR

This series is anime of the season. I am purchasing the whole manga series as you are reading this. But without a doubt this is series of the year. Unless the another science type series gets in the way of this masterpiece. And Yes I say without a doubt this series is a FUCKING MASTERPIECE. I rarely say something to a series like that. But without a doubt this series is a enjoyable. Chika is best girl. ED2 is the ending of the year. While also might go down as one for the history books. The characters from top to bottom are gems. The narrator deserves a emmy for his voice acting. I love this series so much. Every episode is one for the record books. Now lets see who will win this war.
