Shoujo☆Kageki Revue Starlight is a really good series. It might be a little bit of a slow burn. But, when it picks up it is one of the most underrated series of last year. From the direction to the drama. This is a series that all people should watch. Cause the way that they show struggles in relationships to then portray it through fighting theater, it is beautifully done. The main reason I couldn’t stop watching this show is for two women that to me carried the show. That being the duo of Claudine and Maya.

From the beginning they were top of the class when it came to their talent. But, Maya was superior to Claudine in talent. But, even though she was better, Claudine practice even harder than everyone in the studio to surpass her. As she saw her as her only rival. As she trained hard so did Maya as she saw Claudine as her only rival also. Making her become better also and train higher to be the top star.

So why I made this post is mainly to highlight on this very underrated anime based on theater and to shed light on one of my favorite couples in anime. Cause the way that they care for one another without showing it is beautiful. And I just want to say that I ship it to death.
