I Really Like Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou…..

Now I will just let you know that I do sound like a hypocrite right now. As I stated in my top 15 post at the beginning of the season. That this was pure garbage and I would never pick this up again. But, of all things in the world a Digibro video made me give the series a second shot. I then did gave it a second shot and boy it is still has that horrible animation for the monsters and everything else. Alongside the trashness of the story, which is a whole other topic. So I will say again that it is not the greatest show on earth. But, it is so bad that it is good. Now, here is what I have to say about that. 

The supporting cast is utter garbage. The monsters are just horrible CG. I also can keep ranting about the animation along with the order of events in the anime. But, this an appreciation post about this anime. As the relationship between the two main characters is nice. It reminds me a little bit of Shield Hero but with a little bit of a more risky girl. Also the main character Hajime is way too Kirito level edgey that it is a little bad. Like he went from a sweet kid to a demon eating gun shooting savage in like one episode. 

Also I have never truly laugh at an anime for being bad before. Cause when I see such a bad anime or ending I end up frustrated for days as for series I get mad about. I then realized that I get mad after putting in so much investment into the series. But, with a series like this I can just enjoy the bad animation along with the funny isekai plotline. This to me is just the writers fantasy that he would love to live in. As I truly feel like this write saw either Monogatari’s Shinobu or To Love Ru’s Yami and straight wanted to have one of them on their side. While being overpowered like Kirito as they clear the whole floor in like four episodes. 

But, overall this is a joy to watch. Cause I kinda like characters dynamic despite me just trashing it like a paragraph ago. Also despite them fighting CG the story seems really enjoyable. Also I like the battles. Cause you can see me rooting for them to kill the CG as that is an abomination (wait did they do that on purpose?(Fake Theory) ). So I really began to like this story also episode 5 might have been their best episode yet.

This is a series that I will watch to the very end. Cause I see it as a comedy at this point. Just wondering what can go worst. So I hope that Hajime and Yue have a fun time going against the world. As they are up their for couple of the season. I also plan on buying the first light novel for it. Note: the only light novels I own are Spice and Wolf, Monogatari, Overlord, Konosuba, and Re: Zero. So I will be adding that to this group of series that I like so much that I read the light novel for it.

Conclusion

Well I never thought that I will be watching this anime for the long haul this season. But, I am in it for the ride of garbage. But, this is gonna be one for the books as I really am enjoying this garbage. Wondering if I should pick up the masterpiece of Ero-Manga sensei after this. Well that’s for another post.
