Welcome to the 2019 Summer SAKE AWARDS. As I am doing this thing different yet again. But, this one I planned to give all of the series their proper shine. As, their there so many good anime this season that I thought I proper separate post to certain categories. As this anime season was one that I will have to say was filled with surprises, and more. So let’s talk about the top openings that are heavily bias by me. 

10. Arifureta “FLARE” by Void_Chords feat.LIO

I knew somehow Arifureta was gonna make it on some of these award nomination list. But, one thing I have to give props to this whole anime is the opening. It to me has one of the best vocals of the season. This is such a good OP that it is a main catalyst for me continuing the anime. To eventually I love this series so much that I consider it a masterpiece…..of a dumpster fire. 

9. If It’s for My Daughter, I’d Even Defeat a Demon Lord “I’m With You” by Latina

Out of all anime openings I was shocked on how much I loved this opening. I then realized that the main cause of me loving this maybe was because due to the amazing signing by Latina’s voice actor. Also the chill and caring vibe that this chill opening gave me was just wholesomeness. 

8. ASTRA LOST IN SPACE “Star*frost” by nonoc

This anime had such an amazing season so far that I really can’t put it into words yet. But, this overall atmosphere was a good tone setter for the series. So I love this opening a lot.

7. Symphogear XV “Metanoia” by Nana Mizuki

I have never heard of this anime. I have never watched a single episode of the franchise. But I know one when I see one and this is a some heat.

6. Hensuki: Are you willing to fall in love with a pervert, as long as she’s a cutie? “Daisuki” by Ayaka Ohashi

This one is so underrated and filled with so many tid bids of all of the major characters. So I have to give props to the whole staff for making this amazing opening with amazing music and visuals to make this series even more fun than it already was.

5. Vinland Saga “MUKANJYO” by. Survive Said The Prophet

I know I praise Wit Studio to death. But, they always come with the amazing openings. Also I don’t know what in the world that guy is screaming in the end. I just know that it was filled with passion. Also the visuals and the animation in that opens was on another level. 

4. Isekai Cheat Magician “PANTA RHEI” BY MYTH＆ROID

Now this anime was just horrendous and it is just sad that Myth & Roid had to waste an amazing song on this anime. As if this was given to an anime that was less generic. This might have been number one because of the amazing vocals and music of Myth & Roid. So I am putting them this high mainly because this song is still an amazing.

3. Dr. Stone “Good Morning World!” by BURNOUT SYNDROMES

Now this one I really can’t put into words one how amazing this opening is. As I am now looking forward every week now with one of my favorite arcs in the series. Along with this amazing opening that has such amazing visuals and the song is at another level one it’s own.

2. Fire Force “Inferno” by Mrs.GREEN APPLE

Now this opening deserves the number one spot. But, I am biased as hell. On this opening though this has the second best vocals. Along with amazing visuals that just make this opening even more amazing. So I have to give this opening props as it made this anime even more amazing that it already was.

1. How Heavy Are the Dumbbells You Lift? “Onegai Muscle” by Hibiki Sakura (Ai Fairuz) and Naruzou Machio (Kaito Ishikawa)

Now here is my complete bias towards this anime. As this opening is just a masterpiece of a the two voice actors. As the full version of the song had Hibiki rapping and it was something that I thought that I never needed in my life until now. Along with best bro Machio backing her up. This opening is so amazing that I have to give the SAKE Award for best opening to them. For the amazing performance by the two voice actors and the visuals are also showing how fun this series is overall. So I gotta give props to this anime for producing not only a great OP but, ed also that we will find out where they rank in part 2.

Conclusion

So that was part one of the 2019 Summer SAKE Awards. Having to do with the amazing openings that I can add to my amazing collection.
